🛒Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment confirmation.
We require 10–15 business days to dry the roots of the succulents before shipping. This process prevents root rot during long-distance transportation.
Wholesale and bulk orders are our main focus. Please contact us directly for large-volume requirements or special requests.
Custom assortments and trays are available, but plant selection may vary depending on availability and season.
🚚Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on the destination. For the United States and Canada, the estimated delivery time is 30–45 days.
All plants are carefully packaged to minimize damage, with roots dried for safer transport.
Delays caused by customs inspections, weather, or courier services are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
🌱 Plant Condition
Bottom leaves may dry out or wither during transit—this is normal and not considered a quality issue.
Soil residue on leaves can be gently washed off and does not affect plant health.
Slight variations in color, shape, or size compared to product photos are natural and not considered defects.
Minor leaf loss or a few damaged leaves is possible during shipping; as long as the plant retains 10 or more healthy leaves, it is not considered a quality issue.
