We only accept returns and exchanges due to plant problems
Due to the quality of the products, please return the products within 24 hours after receipt of the order in their original condition.
If the products are damaged due to force majeure, we will not return or replace the products
Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service to request an amendment or cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has been produced and cannot be modified.
PS: Different credit card companies vary in the amount of time on customer records, so please allow a refund of one or two billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Damaged/Incorrect Order
We will do our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. Any non-human caused damage and blight, please contact us directly, we will provide customers with free replacement or full refund.
Not Received Order
If your item does not arrive within 15 days of shipping, please contact us and we will free replacement or full refund. (Please note that this policy does not cover the error of customers providing incorrect shipping details and/or missed package deliveries on their orders.)
Returns

3=Please contact our customer service at our email. All returns must be approved by us first. We don't accept returns without approval.
4=Please send the package within 5 days after receiving return approval. Choose Postal Service to send back your package. Please use a traceable postal service. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the parcel in transit.
5=Please do not send it back to the address on your package. Our customer service will provide a return address.
Return Shipping Fee
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned items.
Time of Refund
Refund is the price of the product, freight is not refundable. We will process the refund within 7 working days upon receipt and verification of the returned package. Your credit card or original payment method will be automatically refunded within 7 working days.
