📦 Return & After-Sales Policy
We take great care in growing, packing, and shipping our succulents to ensure they arrive in healthy condition. Please read the following guidelines regarding what is and is not covered under our after-sales policy.
🚫 Not Covered as After-Sales Issues
The following situations are considered normal characteristics of live succulent plants and are not covered under after-sales service:

Natural drying or withering of bottom leaves.

Residual potting soil on leaves (can be easily rinsed off with clean water).

A few broken or dried leaves, as long as the plant retains 10 or more healthy leaves.

Slight color or shape variations compared to the product photos (as succulents naturally vary).

Damage caused by extreme neglect or failure to follow care instructions.

Plants that have undergone any treatment other than watering after arrival.

Differences in assorted sets or trays, as these are our selection and may not exactly match product photos.

The following conditions are eligible for after-sales support:

Root rot

Diseases affecting the plant

Broken stems
-
Missing roots (applies to plugs and potted plants only)

Pest infestations (e.g., mealybugs, aphids, scale insects)
Note: Most pests on leaves can be easily removed using mild soapy water or by spraying with 70% isopropyl alcohol.

Severe leaf damage (large number of leaves broken or missing)

Incorrect or missing plants/products

If you encounter any of the above after-sales issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Our team will review your case and offer a suitable solution, which may include replacement, credit, or refund.

Succulents are living plants, and natural variation in size, color, or shape is to be expected.

Proper care upon arrival (unpacking, sunlight, watering as instructed) is essential to ensure plant health.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
