We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to: unavailable stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
3. Processing & Shipping

After payment confirmation, we require approximately 10–15 business days to prepare plants for shipment (including root drying and inspection).

Shipping times vary by destination. For example:

United States & Canada: ~30–45 days

Other regions: subject to logistics conditions and customs clearance

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local import regulations, permits, and quarantine requirements.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, logistics companies, or events outside our control (e.g., weather, strikes, epidemics).
4. After-Sales & Return Policy

The following are not covered under after-sales service:

Bottom leaf drying or shedding

Minor leaf breakage (if 10+ healthy leaves remain)

Slight differences in size, color, or shape compared to product photos

Neglect or failure to follow care instructions

Plants treated with chemicals or modifications other than watering after delivery

Root rot, diseases, pest infestations, broken stems, missing roots (for plugs/potted plants), severe leaf damage, incorrect or missing products

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos and order information.
5. Live Plant Disclaimer

Succulents are living products. Variations in color, size, and shape are normal and should be expected.

Once delivered, proper care (watering, sunlight, repotting if needed) is the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for plant loss caused by improper care, neglect, or environmental conditions beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDR Succulent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our website or products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product(s).
